Each plugin should be the target of a processObject attribute
of a Link element in a configuration file.
It is then invoked at the appropriate time
by the CGI::PageSequencer.
(While plugins in this package each offer a "Synopsis" section,
they are not designed to be invoked explicitly;
rather, the synopses show what arguments would be passed for the plugin.)
